This refers to debts that have already gone to court and resulted in a legal judgment, but remain unpaid. We help enforce that judgment using legal tools such as wage garnishment, liens, or levies. These files may require attorney partnerships and are charged at a higher contingency (35%–45%) due to the complexity.
Yes, we purchase non-performing commercial debt portfolios. Offers range from 1%–10% of face value, depending on age, documentation, and data quality.
You only pay us when we successfully recover funds. There are no upfront costs, monthly retainers, or hidden fees. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay.
Do you offer credit repair?
While we don’t handle credit repair in-house, we are proudly partnered with a professional credit restoration firm. If your clients or debtors need personal or business credit repair services, we can refer them directly to our trusted partner.
Yes — we encourage bulk submissions. You can place multiple accounts via spreadsheet, CRM export, or API integration. We provide custom rates for volume placements.

Collection activity outside New York is conducted only where permitted by applicable law and licensing requirements.
