If you believe information we reported is inaccurate, you can dispute it using one of the methods below. We investigate all disputes within 30 days.

What to Include

Your full name, mailing address, and last four digits of SSN
The account number or other identifying details
A clear description of what you believe is inaccurate
Any supporting documentation (e.g., statements, letters, receipts)

You may also file a dispute directly with the credit reporting agencies. They will notify us via e‑OSCAR.

What Happens Next

We log your dispute on receipt and begin our investigation.

We verify records and correct, update, or delete information as appropriate.

We provide the results to the credit bureau(s) and/or respond directly to you.
